Game Types

There are two game types to choose from:

Lurgy

This is basically a form of tag. One Witch starts the game infected with the Lurgy. They have to chase and infect as many other Witches as they can! The other Witches have to escape and stay uninfected for as long as they can - this will get you a higher score! Once you have been infected however, you can still score points by infecting other Witches, so get chasing!

Cauldron Cooking Contest

This is a collecting game. Around the map are special resources - look for the small boxes with white streams! When you pick one up, you will receive either a trap or an ingredient. Get the ingredients back to your own cauldron as quickly as you can - the first player to get 20 is the winner! If you receive a trap however, you can set it wherever you are standing by pressing the ACTION key. If another Witch walks over it, you will steal all the ingredients that they are currently carrying! When this happens, you will see a stream of sparks in your colour stream out of you. If you step on someone else's trap, you will see a stream of sparks in their colour, so you'll know exactly who caught you!

There are icons at the top of the screen which show how you are doing. From left to right they are:
Traps - the number of traps you are currently carrying
Ingredients - the number of ingredients you are currently carrying
Score - the number of ingredients you have managed to put in your cauldron - these are safe and can't be stolen by other players!
